General Conditions & Booking Terms

1. Validity:

These general terms and conditions apply to reservation enquiries, and also to confirmed bookings as booked through our website www.kaiserblick.com.

Reservation Requests and Confirmations: all obligation free requests, or your confirmed booking will be forwarded to the Landhaus Kaiserblick. Upon receipt of your request, the hotel will forward you your detailed offer. Once your reservation has been confirmed with the Landhaus Kaiserblick, it will be contractually binding (as are all reservations of rooms and/or packages via our online booking tool on www.kaiserblick.at). Your mouse click confirms that you agree to an Accommodation or Travel Service Contract. Therefore please take special note of the advised cancellation terms and conditions.

Accomodation or Travel Service Contract and Payment: A confirmed booking between you and the Landhaus Kaiserblick will result in an Accommodation or Travel Service Contract. The confirmed price is to be paid directly, either in cash or with credit card (Mastercard or Visa) at the Landhaus. Any claims arising from this Accommodation or Travel Service Contract are to be made directly with the Landhaus Kaiserblick.

Changes to your booking and cancellations: Cancellations are to be advised directly to the Landhaus Kaiserblick. Reservations have to be held later than until 06.00 pm, that means your booking is valid the whole night.

And these are the cancellation terms for rooms, apartments and Chalet Soregina

- up to 30 days prior to arrival free of charge
- 29 to 8 days prior to arrival 70% of total amount
- 7 to 0 days prior to arrival 90% of total amount
- No-show/early departure: 90% of total amount

Hotel Categories, Hotel and Travel Information: The internationally recognised hotel classification (1-5 stars) provides an indication of the standard of the hotel. All additional hotel, travel information and descriptions are based on information received from the hotel.

Room Rates: All rates provided by the Landhaus Kaiserblick are up-to-date, daily rates. These rates apply to all reservations booked through the online booking tool. Bookings will be made using the latest and best possible Landhaus Kaiserblick daily rate. Last Minute, low season, weekend or special offers appearing on the website of the Landhaus Kaiserblick will automatically be taken in to account.

Miscellaneous: Although utmost care is taken to ensure that all information supplied is accurate, the Landhaus Kaiserblick assumes no liability for possible errors arising during the collection of and passing on of information. The transfer of any information as supplied by the Landhaus Kaiserblick (either fully or an extract), or the use of any information for purposes other than those for which it is intended, is only permitted with the explicit authorisation of the Landhaus Kaiserblick.

These terms and conditions are governed by Austrian law. The place of jurisdiction is Kufstein, Austria.

2. Notes on Data Privacy

The Landhaus Kaiserblick wants to strengthen your trust in undertaking online reservations of individual services and all-inclusive offers. We thus inform you comprehensively here of

- which information is gathered from you and
- how this information is used.

Anonymous use of the reservation service: As a rule, you can call up our reservation service without providing and personal information, i.e. anonymous use is possible. As such, you can, for example, get information on the offer without having to register.

Registration: If you want to interact in the role of reservation or booking client or as hotel or tour operator with the Landhaus Kaiserblick, we require your personal data, such as name and address, in order to process the transaction. We expressly inform you of this data collection during the registration process. This required information, the extent of which can be seen from the registration form, is required and processed in order to draft the contractual relationship. Furthermore, you will regularly receive the Landhaus Kaiserblick Newsletter on the basis of this required information. This can be unsubscribed to at any time. It is not absolutely necessary to provide the information marked as optional. Should you have provided optional information, this will be analysed in anonymised form for statistical purposes.
